She founded the Tatas and Friends Foundation in 2013 to honor her mother, whose admirable compassion for the less privileged inspired the organization’s mission. Her name, Caritas, meaning "Charity," reflects her dedication to philanthropy.

In addition to leading the Foundation, she founded Go Digital Limited, a startup digital marketing firm that helps SMEs grow their online presence. With over 10 years of experience in public relations, marketing, and philanthropy, she is committed to working at the intersection of these fields to create a meaningful impact in both business and society.
