Sheila Ofori-Addi
Team Lead, Administration
She joined Tatas and Friends Foundation in 2016 and has been an integral part of the organization ever since. As the Team Lead for Administration, she coordinates the activities of team leads and members, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. She works closely with the Finance, HR, Events, and Marketing teams, supporting them in executing their roles effectively and contributing to the Foundation’s mission.
Her responsibilities also include managing administrative tasks and facilitating strategic operations to help the Foundation achieve its objectives.
Currently, she is a Banker with 13 years of experience in Banking, Finance, and Administration. She holds a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from Methodist University College Ghana.
An entrepreneur at heart, she combines her professional expertise with her passion for advocacy and education. She aspires to become an Educational Policy Analyst and Mental Health Advocate, aiming to develop impactful policies and support systems that benefit underserved communities.
